What is inside your kit?

Inside your Elf Kit is either 12 or 24 days of fun and easy set ups for your Christmas Elf. The Elf kit contains all the props you will need and an easel for the Elf message card. A card for each day showing an example set up.

Do I have to use on specific days?
Our Elf kit is flexible, the only days that are specific are day 1 and day 24. For the other days you just need to choose the scene which you like for the next day and set it up before you go to bed! If you happen to forget one night we add a special card to display on this day!

I have more than one Elf, Do I need 2 kits?

Our Elf kits are designed for one Elf, there are a few days where each Elf would need their own prop, we offer the option at checkout for additional cost to add the provision for extra Elves.

I have more than one Child, Do I need additional kits?

Our kits are designed for 1 child, there are a few days that there is a surprise for your child. We offer the option at checkout to add additional children so that for those days your elf brings for all children.

How does pre-sale work?
We have a limited number of kits available so you order in advance to ensure you don’t miss out! We are also offering personalisation on some of the items and need time to ensure that your child gets a personalised item! To ensure your child's item is personalised last order will be taken 31st October. Our boxes will be dispatched on or before the 15th of November but we are offering purchase now.

How long until my order arrives?
We are offering a unique service where we have 3 different product options:

  • For our individual props and novelty items these will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. If you would like to receive the props immediately please ensure that you do not order in conjunction with the personalised items and the Elf kits.
  • For our personalised cups, tumblers and zooper doper holder these will be dispatched on the 15th of November.
  • For the 12 and 24 day Elf kits these will be dispatched on the 15th of November.

Tracking will be emailed to the address provided. We will ensure that international orders are shipped to endeavour to arrive in plenty of time.

If you order the kit, extra props, novelty items and personalised items these will all be shipped together on or before the 15th of November.

How much is shipping?
Shipping amounts will be confirmed at checkout. Depending on whether you select Express or Regular.

All products have a flat rate shipping.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! You can choose express shipping via Australia Post at check out.

 Can I collect my order?
We absolutely welcome local pick up! Once you have added your products to the cart, choose ‘local pickup', we are located in Clarence Gardens (South Australia). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. If you need more information please contact us at elfhelp@fortheloveofelf.com.au

My order appears to be missing in transit. What do I do?
If your order has not arrived, please let us know at elfhelp@fortheloveofelf.com.au and we lodge an investigation for the whereabouts.

An item has broken in transit?

Let us know ASAP at elfhelp@fortheloveofelf.com.au and we will send a replacement product if available or we will send an alternative product.
