Shipping policy

Our boxes are shipped from Clarence Gardens, South Australia

Christmas is a busy time for couriers, all our Elf Kits will be shipped 11 business days (15th November) before the 1st of December. If you want it in a hurry we recommend selecting Express.

For our DYI props they will be shipped as ordered. If you want the DYI props immediately please don’t combine the purchases.

For the personalised items these will be shipped on the 15th of November. Giving plenty of time to arrive by the 1st of December.

All Elf kits are presale and packed to order. We are currently dispatching orders in order of received. All items will be dispatch on or before the 15th of November. Of course you can keep ordering props after this date and they will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. Our boxes are shipped from Clarence Gardens, South Australia.

Remember Christmas is a busy time for couriers so if you want to receive your DYI props super quickly please select Express.

Shipping rates within Australia are as follows;

Australia

  • $10 Standard shipping through quickest available courier. 
  • $16 Express Post shipping through quickest available couriers
  • Local Pick Up from Clarence Gardens, South Australia. If you select this option you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up with the address & details. 

 

For the Love of Elf cannot accept any responsibility for shipping lead times, and will not refund items that arrive later than required. If your item is damaged in transit we will ask you to take the package to be assessed by the courier where required or supply photographs. If your parcel is lost in transit please let us know and we will lodge queries with the relevant courier (you are also welcome to do this yourself as well).
